Sobornyi Avenue, the Ukraina shopping mall, a Silpo supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and public transport stops are all within a five-minute walk.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a separate sleeping area with a double bed, a spacious fold-out sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for guests.

Additional house rules

The standard check-in time is from 02:00 PM to 10:30 PM. If guest is going to check in after 10:30 PM, the guest must pay 200 UAH for a night check-in.
The standard time for check out is from 07:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Upon check-in before 07:00, the guest must pay 200 UAH for night departure.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.

- Guests from 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.
