We offer for daily rent one bedroom apartment junior suite in a convenient location - the city center, 103 Peremohy Street, next to the city clinical hospital № 5. In walking distance are ATB supermarket, grocery store Lastochka, ATMs, pharmacies, New Post offices and public transportation stop.
The apartment is well renovated, equipped with all necessary appliances - from refrigerator to iron and hair dryer - and furniture. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
Guests are provided with clean bed linen and towels.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.

- Guests from 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.
