If a guest wants to check-out earlier than 14:00, he must make an additional payment for early check-in:
- at the rate of 1/2 of the cost of the day for checking in after 09:00;
- 1/2 of the price of one night for guests checking in before 09:00.

If you wish to check out later than 12:00, you must make an extra payment for late check out:
- At the rate of 1/2 of the cost of a day's stay when checking out before 4:00 p.m;
- the rate of one night's stay when checking out after 4pm.
Guests over 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.

Хороший ремонт. Отличное расположение-тихий центр. Все необходимое довольно близко, аптека, продуктовые магазины в нескольких минутах ходьбы.
