If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:

Неприємний запах по всій квартирі, не дуже чисто(брудний холодильник, газова плита), всі речі досить старі і не охайні

Ми серйозно ставимося до чистоти квартир і тому якість роботи кожної покоївки перевіряємо регулярно. Нам шкода, що квартира не відповідала вашим очікуванням. Ми вже провели додаткову перевірку цієї покоївки, обробили квартиру озонатором, який прибирає всі запахи і дали покоївці завдання ще раз ретельно помити холодильник і газову плиту. Дякую за Ваші зауваження.
