Comfortable one-room luxury apartment is located in the city center on Leonida Zhabotynskoho Street in close proximity to the cafe "Zaimka" and supermarket ATB (formerly cafe "Shayba"). Excellent location in a five-storey building next to Alley of Roses near the avenue, and is also within walking distance from the shopping center "Ukraine", stores, restaurants and cinemas named after Dovzhenka and Baida 3D.

For maximum comfort of the guests the apartment has plastic windows, air conditioning, washing machine, boiler and shower cabin. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances and furniture, there is also access to the Internet via Wi-Fi. Here you will find everything you need for your convenience and comfortable stay.

Guests are provided with clean linens, towels. Cleaning and change of bed linen is carried out every 4 days.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.
