Start meditating

The good news: now you can spend the time you spent traveling to and from your office. Our advice is to start meditating (if you are not already practicing meditation). It reduces stress, improves nervous system function, memory and immunity, improves sleep and well-being.
Workout

Have a workout at home – you can watch exercises in free apps and on YouTube. Remember: even a small 15-minute workout will help you feel better and keep your body toned.
Pull up a foreign language (or start learning a new language)

Have you been planning to pull up English or start learning a new language? Now you have the opportunity to do this. There are various online lessons and courses to help you.
Start cooking

Weekdays at home are an excuse to finally start cooking. Take a look at the recipes you have stored for a long time in Favorites.
Take an online education course

Online courses will also help with quarantine. Sign up for the ones you care about: they may be about fashion, art history, financial literacy or startup startup, nutrition or, for example, interior design.
Watch movies and TV series

Whether you choose to watch your favorite movie shows, spend time watching Friends, or start watching a new series that your friends have recommended, you will now have more time.
Read books

If you are unable to get hold of a new book, train yourself to read at least a few pages a day even with a tight schedule – with time, reading will become a habit and you will start reading more.
Remember to work

The last but not least important item on our list is to devote time to work. Quarantine is not a vacation, and you need to continue working in the same mode as not to let things pile up and execute all the KPIs set by your boss. To make work from home effective, plan your day by setting up a comprehensive to-do list, organize a comfortable workspace, and try not to be distracted when doing work.
