Rent an apartment this fall: how rent prices have changed after the summer season

The holiday season has come to the end, which means that the agiotage with the prices for booking accommodation has been sleeping a bit. Therefore, it’s time to rent an apartment for a weekend in a strange city, because rest is not necessarily the sun, the sea and the beach.

But did the prices decrease, as tourists expected it, who want to save on renting an apartment? Experts of the service of booking accommodation for daily rent Dobovo.com found out: how the prices for rental of housing in cities with a million population have changed in comparison with the holiday season.

The decline in prices in Odessa and the permanence of the capital

The holiday season in Odessa is over, so there is a slight decline in rental prices in comparison with the summer months. So, in the peak dates of the summer season (June 15-August 15), the cost of renting a 1-room apartment in Odessa was 780 UAH / day. Starting from September 1, the cost of 1-room apartment in Odessa is 630 UAH / day.

Also in the summer, the average price of a 2-room apartment here was 1000 UAH / day, now – 700 UAH / day.

However, this trend only concerns the sea cities of Ukraine. So, the prices in the capital for daily rent this autumn almost did not change in comparison with the holiday season.

Rent a 1-room apartment in Kiev in summer and in this autumn will cost you an average of 750 UAH / day, 2-room apartment – 1000 UAH / day.

How much will it cost to rent housing in Lviv, Kharkov and the Dnipro?

Another city that attracts local tourists is Lviv. Here, regardless of the season, prices for daily rent of housing are always stable. However, on weekends and holidays, when the most tourists in the city, they almost always rise

Rent this 1-bedroom apartment in Lviv this fall can be within 500 USD / day, 2-room – within 800 USD / day.

As for the Dnipro and Kharkov – here the prices for housing also did not decrease after the summer season. Today, renting a 1-room apartment in the Dnipro will cost you in the amount of 580 UAH / day. Prices for a 2-room apartment even slightly increased: from 800 UAH / day in the summer to 900 UAH / cents this fall.

In Kharkov, prices have remained the same: renting a 1-room apartment here will cost you an average of 500 UAH / day, 2-room apartment – 670 UAH / day.
