If the overseas holiday on the Mediterranean coast to you this year does not shine – arrange an equally chic vacation within our country. The first city that comes to mind when we talk about summer vacation in Ukraine is Odessa. In the issue of prices for daily rent of housing in this season, Odessa beats all records. However, here there are house options for different budgets.
The price for renting a 1-room summer mini-cottage in Odessa is 600 UAH / day. The total area of such a holiday cottage is 12 m2. For this amount of rent in the beach area you will get a room with a double bed and a wardrobe, a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower cubicle.
A little more expensive will cost a 2-roomed summer cottage in the beach area of Odessa – 950 UAH / day. The house has a kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom. Also the house is equipped with all necessary appliances, washing machine, TV and air conditioning.
However, both these options for summer housing can be safely attributed to the category of “budget accommodation in Odessa.” The average cost of cottages, which can be rented in the summer in Odessa – from 2000 to 4000 UAH / day.
The absolute record holder in the price of rent in Odessa this summer was a 7-bedroom villa by the sea. It can be rented for 25 000 UAH / day! In return, you get a luxurious house in one of the most prestigious areas of Odessa – on the Big Fountain. Among other amenities the house has a cinema with a special acoustic system, a meeting room, a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a winter garden with panoramic views and access to the terrace.
Remember that the maximum rental time of housing on the services of accommodation reservation is 120 nights.
Rent of cottages in Berdyansk and Chernomorsk
But, as they say, not Odessa is one. On the Black Sea coast, you can still rent a holiday home. For example, a 3-bedroom house with a sauna in Chernomorsk (Illichivsk) will cost tourists $ 4,000 / day. The house has a Russian bath and a swimming pool in the yard. To the beaches of Chernomorsk from here almost 4 km.
There are options for more democratic purposes. For example, a 1-room wooden house by the sea for 700 UAH / day. For this money you get a house with a double bed, a table, a wardrobe and a sofa. Also there is a kitchen with all necessary appliances.
Another option is the “summer cottage” for rent, but already on the Azov Sea – a three-bedroom two-storey house in Berdyansk. It can be rented at a price of 1000 UAH / day. The cottage is located 30 meters from the sea. In the house there are all necessary living conditions: air conditioning, TV, double sofa, etc.
Why rent a cottage in Zakarpatia
An alternative to the sea is rest in the mountains. In Berehove (Zakarpatia) in summer you can rent a house with a swimming pool and a sauna for only 370 UAH / day.
A more expensive option is a 3-room farmstead for 900 UAH / day. The cottage is located next to two swimming pools. It has everything you need for a maximum of 6 people.
… and if you stay in Kiev
You can relax with comfort without leaving the capital. True prices for daily rent in Kiev will be even higher than in Odessa, but the quality of the service itself justifies itself. The average price for a daily rent of a cottage in the capital is 3870 UAH.
On services of daily rent of habitation users are offered to rent a 5-room eco-house in Darnytskyi district for 1800 UAH / day.
Also available for rent is a 5-room cottage in the Rusanovsky Gardens. The house is located next to the lake, near the Dnieper River. In addition to basic necessities, the house has a sauna, billiards, a tennis table, a barbecue area, a grill, a swimming pool and a fireplace. The tenant will go all this at 5400 UAH / day.
If you do not plan to save on renting a house on vacation, pay attention to the 4-room villa in Koncha Zaspa. It can accommodate up to 10 people, there are 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage, barbecue area. On the plot is a landscape design, a young orchard, and in the immediate vicinity of a forest.
The cost of renting this 4-room villa is 6550 UAH / day.
