It is believed that at this time tourists on the beaches of the Black and Azov seas are getting smaller, and prices for rental housing in the resort cities are decreasing several times.

Apartments will become cheaper, but insignificantly
To compare prices for daily rent of apartments, let’s take a few popular tourist destinations among Ukrainians: Odessa, Lviv, Chernomorsk (Illichivsk) and Berdyansk.
In Odessa this summer there is a real resort boom, so we hope that the cost of living in this city in August-September will decrease, we do not recommend it. So, in the period from June 1 to July 31, the average cost of a 1-room apartment in Odessa was 740 UAH / day, 2-room apartment – 1000 UAH / day. In August and September, the prices for daily rent in Odessa will look like this:
1-room apartment – 780 UAH / day
2-room – 1050 UAH / day.
Not too noticeable changes, agree?
Another popular tourist destination in Ukraine is the city of Lviv. Despite the absence of sea tourists here are always enough. In the first half of summer, housing prices in Lviv were as follows:
1-bedroom apartment was 500 UAH / day
2-room – 800 UAH / day.
Since August, the prices for daily living in Lviv will remain the same.
How much does it cost to rest in small resort towns?
Almost the situation with the prices for rent of habitation and in such cities as Chernomorsk and Berdyansk will not change. So, the average cost of a 1-room apartment during the velvet season in Chernomorsk is 820 UAH / day, 2-room apartment – 900 UAH / day.
The prices for renting apartments in Berdyansk will not change either. Already today, rent a 1-room apartment on the Azov Sea coast for 450 UAH / day, 2-room apartment – for 500 UAH / day.
