We invite you to a new designer apartment (renovated in March 2026) in the modern Start Residential Complex at: 30 Sholudenka Street / 24 Kotarbynskoho Street.

Nearby - Lukianivska Metro Station, not far - Polytechnic Institute Metro Station, as well as Okhmatdyt, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Hospital, the regional hospital, Smart Plaza Shopping Center, and the zoo.

A very cozy and warm place from which you won’t want to leave.

During power outages, the building’s elevators, water supply, heating, and internet (with your own power bank) remain operational. The apartment is always warm.

New designer studio apartment: quiet, warm, located on the 12th floor.
Attention! The building is new, so weekday renovation work may occur during the day.

The apartment includes:

* Work area with a desk;
* Large built-in wardrobe;
* Separate sleeping area with a double bed;

Amenities: air conditioner, electric stove, built-in microwave and oven, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, extractor hood, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, 100 L water heater, electric kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full set of dishes.

Heated bathroom floor – available for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, the apartment is stocked with essentials for the first period: laundry detergent, hand gel, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, bed linen, towels (including kitchen), disposable slippers, toilet paper, trash bags, tea, coffee, sugar. Afterwards, guests provide their own necessities.

Start Residential Complex (2020–2023) – a modern complex of three buildings with a large gated courtyard.
Each entrance has security, magnetic key access, and video surveillance.

The courtyard (partially still under development) features a large playground, sports zones with exercise equipment, and relaxation areas. Modern cafes and coffee shops are already operating in the building.

In case of rule violations, the management reserves the right to terminate the stay early.
