The apartment is located on the third floor of a six-storey building with an elevator in the very center of Kyiv, almost on Nezalezhnosti square. The apartment is renovated, there are double-glazed windows and balcony doors, high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi). There are 2 sleeping places (a double bed). All necessary utensils, cutlery, bed linen, hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap are at your service. The apartment is located in a three-minute walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station and Khreshchatyk street, near Andriivskyi descent with St. Andriivska church, Mykhailivska square with Mykhailivskyi Zolotoverkhyi cathedral, the monument to Princess Olha, Sofiiska square, Sofiiskyi cathedral, the monument to Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.

We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use.
Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.

Старі рушники та білизна для постілі з дирками. Немає в деяких нічниках лампочок. Дуже брудно за пральною машинкою
