загалом є всі зручності для проживання, особливим дуже великим плюсом є wifi, який працює без світла завдяки резервному живленню - це був основний фактор при виборі апартаментів. Також послуги прибирання є дуже приємним бонусом.
з невеликих мінусів: холодно в кухні, розміщення унітаза не дуже зручне через пральну машину та сушарку для рушників

Зручне розташування, затишно, є все необхідне для проживання, дуже приємна власниця. Дуже сподобалося, що є сейф. Все прекрасно. Рекомендую!

The cleanest apartment I have ever rented in Ukraine. There was a place for everything and everything was in place. There was even a bracket on the wall to hold the blow dryer plug, when it was not in use. Everything was thought out for convenience and organization. It was a quiet apartment even though it is on ground floor. Around 16:00 I could hear the bells of St. Mikhailevsky church. Very nice and peaceful sound.
I did not pay close attention to owners direction on how to arrive and therefore the taxi driver had a difficult time finding the place. Fortunately, the owner saw my taxi and went to meet me.

Расположение квартиры возле самого центра (глобус) есть место для парковки во дворе за шлагбаумом. Общение с хозяевами, очень коммуникабельный и приятный мужчина. В квартире есть все необходимое.
Все было супер, только нужно укрепить и починить розетки у кровати)
