Комунікація з орендодавцем, дуже приємно і лояльно. Затишний двір і зручності поруч з будинком, локація. В квартирі затишно і є всі необхідні умови для проживання.
Не можу сказати, так як все було чудово.

Меблі цілі, матрац зручний, гарна подушка, постіль білосніжна, дуже чисто.
Особливо вразили туалет, душ - все ідеально, жодного неприємного запаху.
Кухня теж чисто.
Рекомендую 100%.

Найбільше сподобалось розташування квартири, її розмір, план кімнат, чистота, наявність коридору без вікон всередині квартири, що важливо під час тривог.
Єдине, на що можу пожалітись - це матрас з пружинами, які риплять і не зовсім комфортно спати. Проте - не критично було на фоні інших плюсів цієї квартири.

Excellent location, convenient for Podil and Kontraktova Metro station. Very comfortable, large fan in main room was very effective so even though it was hot on some days the lack of air conditioning was not a problem for me. I was travelling most days to Troeschyna and the metro/bus connection worked very well.
Limited utensils in the kitchen. Enough for solo traveller like myself but might be worth filling a few gaps or making the cutlery matching. A very minor thing though.

Клієнтоорієнтованість, тобто багато речей в квартирі було, щоб покращити зручність орендаря, наприклад, паперові рушники, окремо рушник для кухні, шампунь в ванній кімнаті і т.д.
Також рекомендую цю квартиру, із-за чудових двух спальних кімнат.
Ще місцерозташування сподобалось.
