Description

The unique location of the apartment is one of the top secret places in Kyiv. Our courtyard with centuries-old grapes is a decoration of the city. A unique five-story building built in 1914, with only 5 apartments in the building. Morning coffee on the open balcony overlooking the Instagrammable courtyard will set your mood for the whole day. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and a secret underground bar in the neighboring building that even the residents of the capital do not know about. Only through the authentic old Podil can you feel the spirit of Kyiv.
So, the apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator. Ideal for one traveler, but can accommodate two people. There is no hob or oven. And very little space in the shower room. There is always hot water in the shower (gas column).
A wonderful open balcony, a tea corner, the very center of Podil for your incredible impressions of Kyiv.

Дуже затишне місце! Квартира невелика, але тут продумано все до дрібниць! Все чистеньке, наготоване з турботою, це відчувається, Балкон - місце для приємностей)) Світло гарно розташоване, яскравість продумана. Приємні на дотик ручки на дверях, постільна білизна, поверхні меблів) Додатково: водичка, зубні щітки, капці, халат.. Рушники приємно пахнуть! Я дуже вдячна за відпочинок тут (серденько)
