Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.

Під вікнами трамвайні шляхи, погана шумоізоляція. З 5-ї ранку нереально спати(
