The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator in the very center of Kyiv, almost on Independence square (Maidan). The apartment has a good European-quality renovation, there is quality new furniture. The windows and the balcony door are double-glazed, there is a new plumbing in the bathroom.
The apartment is located 3 minutes walk away from Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station, Khreshchatyk street. Nearby are: Andriivskyi descent, St. Andrew's church, St. Sophia cathedral, a monument to Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.

Additional house rules

Early check-in and late check-out are charged as a half of the daily rent cost. Check-in is possible only if you have a passport.
Check-in carries by administrator, who is waiting for a guest in the apartment at the agreed in advance time.
We can meet you at the airport or train station, the driver manager on car will deliver the guest to the apartment and settle down for an additional fee.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 6-7 days stay.
A security deposit of 2000 UAH is charged when booking for 1-2 days. The deposit is returned upon check-out if there is no damage in the apartment.
We do not accommodate customers under 25 years.

убитая мебель и техника. Ужасный смеситель в ванной, держалка для душа ничего не деражит, поэтому приходится одной рукой держать душ, другой намыливаться. Горячая вода быстро кончается
