Studio apartment with a loggia located on the fourth floor of a nine-storey house with an elevator in the center of Kiev, almost on Nezalezhnosti square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti). It has good European-quality renovation, high-quality new furniture, double-glazed windows, air conditioning, new plumbing, LCD TV panel, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. There are all necessary utensils, cutlery, bed linen, hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap.
The apartment is located in the historical center of Kiev, near Nezalezhnosti square. There are St. Michael Golden-Domed monastery, Andriivska church (Rastrelli architect), St. Sophia cathedral, monuments to Princess Olga and Bohdan Khmelnytskyi nearby. Andriivskyi descent, whith the famous Kiev vernissage, Bulgakov's house, Richard's Castle and many cozy cafes and restaurants is in ten minutes walk from the house. Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Nezalezhnosti square), Khreshchatyk street and Bohdana Khmelnytskoho square are in two minutes walk. It is possible to descend from Mykhailivska square by funicular to Poshtova square of Podil and to the river station.

Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.

В квартирі все було дуже затишно та зручно, а також близько до різних об'єктів інфраструктури

Шум під вікном, а зранку десь с 5 по 9 годину вирішили ремонтувати дорогу, але це більше до ремонтників ніж до самого житла ))
