Wonderful one-bedroom apartment in a high-ceilinged building built at the beginning of the last century and located in Podil, near the most beautiful street in Kyiv - Andriyivskyy Descent. The apartment is ideal both for a tourist trip, as there is a huge number of attractions, excellent restaurants and cafes nearby, and for a business visit - the transport infrastructure is located nearby, which will allow you to get to any corner of the capital of Ukraine quickly and without traffic jams. The Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station is 550 metres away, and the funicular railway is 650 metres away. St. Andrew's Church, the Church of Tithes, Volodymyr's Hill and the new pedestrian and bicycle bridge, which offers a magnificent view of Kyiv, are within walking distance of the apartment. From Podil you can take the Kyiv Funicular to visit St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery and St. Sophia Cathedral. The Radisson Blu Hotel is in the next building. There is 24 hour CCTV on the street so you will be completely safe. The street is very quiet and the windows of the apartment face the courtyard. The apartment is modernly renovated and has all the necessary furniture, in the living room there is a large flat screen TV 55 inches and a sofa bed, dining table. The bedroom has a large bed and a 42" TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and a 100 litre storage water heater. The apartment has all the necessary appliances, two air conditioners and everything you need for cooking and eating. Unlimited high speed internet.

It is strictly forbidden to make noise in the apartment, listen to music loudly after 22:00. Please be respectful of the neighbors who live nearby.

Also, pay attention to the following important point: if you have a late check-in after 20:00, or an early check-out before 8:00, please book with us a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station with a sign. Our transfer is not much more expensive than a taxi. The transfer cost is in the description for each apartment. If you do not need our transfer, please be ready to take the keys from the concierge near the apartment in case of a late check-in (after 20:00), or bring the keys to the concierge in case of an early check-out (before 8:00). We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this.

Be sure to let us know about the time of departure from the apartment. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited. I or my maid will come to you at the agreed time, and you can leave the keys to her. These measures are necessary for the safe stay of guests after your visit.

If necessary, depending on the length of stay, we can bring a foldable baby cot and a set of linen for it. Since we are renting a crib, please coordinate this moment with us before booking an apartment.

Photos completely the same as in reality

The apartment was quite newly renovated and everything was clean and working as intended. The Area the apartment is located in, is a very nice one for going out.

The Design of the apartment - albeit being clean - lacks any comfort. The colours are cold, the lights are extremely bright and cold. This might seem minor, but it diminished the comfort and atmosphere of the apartment greatly.
