The building is situated in the historic part of Kyiv, near the capital’s main landmarks, a 5-minute walk from Kyiv’s main street - Khreshchatyk - and Bessarabska Square with its many shops and cafes, the “Mandarin Plaza” shopping center, the “Parus” Business Center, as well as the “Arena” shopping and entertainment complex, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, and a 24-hour supermarket. Transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport - 650 UAH.
