The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 9-story building. The building is situated in the historic part of Kyiv, near the capital’s main landmarks, a 5-minute walk from Kyiv’s main street - Khreshchatyk - and Bessarabska Square with its many shops and cafes, the “Mandarin Plaza” shopping center, the “Parus” Business Center, as well as the “Arena” shopping and entertainment complex, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, and a 24-hour supermarket. The “Olimpiyskiy” National Sports Complex is a 15-minute walk from the building.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, to turn on music/TV loudly, to do any work related to knocking or other mechanical noises.
For shortening the period of stay, a penalty of 1 night will be charged.

Sometimes guests are accommodated through the office located at 10 Prorizna Street.
Transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport - 650 UAH.

Payment of the deposit is made through the payment system WayForPay.

Набиралася вода в умивальнику в ванній. Немає дзеркала у ванній, це не критично, але було б зручніше, якби було)
