A cosy apartment with a convenient location will make your trip unforgettable.
The apartment is located in the very heart of the capital on Prorizniy Street, 10. Two minutes away is the main street of the country - Khreshchatyk. Nearby sights include: the Golden Gate, Sophia Square, Volodymyr Cathedral, the National Opera of Ukraine and the world famous Independence Square. Khreshchatyk and Golden Gate metro stations are three minutes away, and Teatralna and Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro stations are nearby.
There is a closed paid parking lot for cars in the courtyard at the price of UAH 170 per day.
One bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an 8-storey building with high ceilings, creating a sense of space and comfort. Sleeps 4. The bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a TV and a space to work on a laptop. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, microwave oven, stove with oven, iron, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, plasma TV, kettle, plates, glasses, cups. Clean sheets and towels. The cleanliness and comfort will allow you to have a good rest, watch TV, work on a laptop, cook food and sleep. There are many cafes and restaurants around the house to suit all tastes.
If you are travelling with children, there is a playground in the park named after T.G. Shevchenko.
Next to the house is the Kyiv Academic Young Theater, as well as the Drama Theater named after Lesya Ukrainka.

Чудове, відмінне розташування в центрі міста! Квартира чиста! Низький поверх, зручно підніматись, закрита парковка, безконтактне заселення. Вся техніка працює (піч, чайник, микроволновка, бойлер).

Якщо відкриті вікна - шум увечері від машин, бо вікна виходять на проспект. Але вікна можна закрити і буде ок.
