Description

This is a nice one-bedroom apartment, located on one of the most central streets of Kyiv waiting for you. Mykhailivska street descends to Maidan square.
The apartment is located in a 5-minute walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station and in 10 minutes from Khreshchatyk metro station. Mykhailivska and Sofiivska squares and Andriivskyi uzviz are located in walking distance.
There are many cozy cafes and restaurants, clothing stores and souvenir products nearby.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the king's house. There are intercom system, video surveillance in the yard.
There is Nebesnoi Sotni square and St. Michail monastery are nearby.
The apartment has a renovation in the art nouveau style. The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, sleeping set, spacious wardrobe and two bedside cabinets, air conditioning, safe.
The living room has a leather sofa bed and armchair, coffee table, wardrobe and TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment - a fridge, microwave, gas stove with an oven, electric kettle and cooking utensils.

The cleanest apartment I have ever rented in Ukraine. There was a place for everything and everything was in place. There was even a bracket on the wall to hold the blow dryer plug, when it was not in use. Everything was thought out for convenience and organization. It was a quiet apartment even though it is on ground floor. Around 16:00 I could hear the bells of St. Mikhailevsky church. Very nice and peaceful sound.

I did not pay close attention to owners direction on how to arrive and therefore the taxi driver had a difficult time finding the place. Fortunately, the owner saw my taxi and went to meet me.

The location is good. The furniture and cleanliness are excellent. The contents of the apartment are integrated. The owner of the apartment is very cooperative and very friendly and honest and speaks English. The apartment is located on the first floor. The terrace overlooks a quiet garden. The area is safe.

Its location is a little far from the center. The road is steep and especially tired for the elderly. Its proximity to the church makes the sounds of the bells somewhat annoying. Because it is on the ground floor makes the view limited. The lounge and the kitchen are quite small.
