The apartment is located in the very center of Kyiv. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Pecherska metro station and a 30-minute walk or 10-minute ride by public transport to Khreshchatyk Street. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a new building equipped with a large elevator. The windows offer a magnificent view.

The apartment has been completely renovated: metal-plastic windows and armored doors have been installed, and the floors and walls are tiled. All necessary furniture is available: a large double bed and a double sofa bed — a total of 4 sleeping places. Guests have access to a TV (100 channels), unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, and a heater. All necessary kitchenware is also available, as well as clean bed linen and towels.

Я иногородний, мне не объяснили местонахождение. Я сам в мороз искал где находится квартира, ключи и прочее. Не убрано. Холодно, не было воды, плохой диван. В квартире не ловит связь
