The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 6-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main sights of the capital of Ukraine, 5 minutes walk to Sofiiska square, Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Globus shopping center, near a large selection of cafes and bars. It is 10-minute walk from the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza shopping center, Parus business center, and Arena shopping mall, where the modern art center Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, non-stop supermarket.

Sometimes guests are checked in through the office located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Отличная, компактная квартира, со всем необходимым внутри. Прекрасное расположение в 5ти минутах ходьбы от Крешатика

Плохая шумоизоляция. При въезде пол в квартире оказался грязным.
