The Mandarin Plaza Shopping Center, Parus Business Center and Arena Shopping Center, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. The NSC Olimpiyskiy is located 20 minutes from the house.
