The apartment is located in the very heart of Kyiv, near the “Maidan Nezalezhnosti” metro station.
The apartment is on the top floor.
This apartment is ideal for people who appreciate minimalism and comfort. The interior is uncluttered and designed in line with modern trends. The combination of different textures (exposed brick, wood, leather) looks stylish and harmonious. Thanks to well-designed lighting above different areas, you can adjust the brightness of the room.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sleeping area, with a large bed and two nightstands, is the perfect place to relax. In the kitchenette, you’ll find everything you need for storage and cooking (appliances, dishes, tea, coffee, and sugar). There’s also a small dining area with a high table and two bar stools.
In the living area, with a comfortable, plush sofa and a coffee table, you can relax, watch TV, or have coffee with friends. If needed, the fold-out sofa can be used as an extra sleeping spot.
The entryway features a fairly spacious closet with mirrored doors, where you can hang your clothes and store your belongings. The closet also contains an iron, a hair dryer, and a clothes dryer.
The separate bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and a spacious shower stall. Complimentary toiletries are provided: shampoo, shower gel, and slippers, as well as bathrobes and towels.
The excellent location right in the city center allows you to quickly reach any part of the city by public transportation. There are many historical landmarks, shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

A crib is available upon prior request. The cost of this service is 500 UAH.

Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property). Standard accommodation includes linen for 2 people. If you need 1 more set of linen - it will be for an additional cost of 300 UAH. Tell the administrator the NUMBER of people who will be staying and the need for an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Розташування квартири все поруч, дуже гарний ремонт

Все було добре, є одна дрібниця, треба додати лопатку для взуття та якийсь стільчик у коридорі, щоб можна було зручно присісти та взутися))
