A beautiful studio apartment, located on one of the most central streets of Kyiv, awaits you. Mykhailivska street descends to Nezalezhnosti Square.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station and 10 minutes from Khreshchatyk.
Near the house there are many cozy cafes and restaurants, clothing stores and souvenirs.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the royal house. There is an intercom in the entrance door, in the courtyard is video surveillance. There are bars on the windows. From the windows you can see Nebesnoi Sotni park, as well as the dome of St. Michael's Golden-domed Monastery.
The apartment is renovated in the Art Nouveau style. In the bedroom there are a double bed with orthopedic mattress, sleeping set in the form of a spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables, air conditioning, safe.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove with oven, electric kettle and cooking utensils, plasma TV.
The bathroom has a washing machine, a full bathroom, a bathroom and a boiler.
