I offer for daily rent a studio with hotel-style air conditioning in a new building of the Rybalsky residential complex (Naberezhno-Rybalskaya Street, 3).

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 1-2 guests. There is a kitchenette with a cooker, microwave oven, fridge, dishes. There is also an iron, washing machine and dryer.
The total area of the studio is 22 square metres.
The windows overlook the Dnipro River. Registration documents for business travellers are provided. In the complex there are Kolo supermarket, Mini-Auchan, Box supermarket with pizzeria, Nova Poshta, pharmacy, bank terminals, cafes and other cultural facilities.
Parking is available.
How to get there
1) 20 minutes walk from the metro station Kontraktova Ploshcha
2) Bus 114 - 5 minutes to Podil and Poshtova Ploshcha metro station, then down Khreshchatyk and Taras Shevchenko Boulevard to the Central Railway Station.
3) Bus #53 via Elektrykiv Street to Taras Shevchenko Metro Station (7 minutes) and then to Kontraktova Ploshcha Metro Station (12 minutes).
4) 111 bus to Poshtova Square (5 minutes) and then through Khreshchatyk to Ukrainian Heroes Square (formerly Leo Tolstoy Square).

Preparation of a complete package of accounting documents for your stay:
- Invoice for accommodation in the apartment
- Copies of registration documents (KVED 68.20) and an extract
- A receipt confirming the fact of payment (payment is made through the bank cashier or through your Internet banking).
