Excellent large apartment in a house located in the famous architectural gallery Passage on the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk. A hundred meters away is Khreshchatyk metro station. The apartment has two rooms: a spacious living room with two sofa beds, a large LCD TV and air conditioning, and a bedroom with a large double bed. Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.
