One-room studio apartments consist of a cozy bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard, which fences off the noise of the central streets. The building has an elevator.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a 6-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, a 5-minute walk from Sophia Square, Independence Square, shopping center "Globus", close to a large selection of cafes and bars. A 10-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabian Square with many shops and cafes, shopping center "Mandarin Plaza", BC "Sail", as well as the shopping center "Arena", which houses: the center of contemporary art "Pinchuk Art Center", nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on music/TV loudly, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a penalty in the amount of 1 night is charged.

The washing machine is located in the vestibule.

Sometimes guests are accommodated through the office located at 10 Prorizna Street.
Transfer cost from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport - 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Неймовірний вигляд з балкона) Все було добре, все необхідне є.

Набиралася вода в умивальнику в ванній. Немає дзеркала у ванній, це не критично, але було б зручніше, якби було)
