We do not accommodate guests under 25 years old. Exceptions may be possible with a security deposit paid at check-in. The apartment is not available for parties, office use, or commercial purposes.

For bookings of 1–2 nights, a refundable security deposit of 2000 UAH is required upon arrival and will be returned at check-out if no damage to the property is found.

Free apartment cleaning and bed linen change are provided every 4–6 days of stay.

В квартирі все було дуже затишно та зручно, а також близько до різних об'єктів інфраструктури

Шум під вікном, а зранку десь с 5 по 9 годину вирішили ремонтувати дорогу, але це більше до ремонтників ніж до самого житла ))
