Cozy hotel room type apartment in a residential building in the heart of Kiev, which is located on the famous Khreschatyk street.
The unique location and cozy atmosphere will not leave you indifferent. Apartment is fully equipped with all necessary things for comfortable staying. You can find here a kitchenette with a microwave oven, a seating area with a large bed and a bathroom with a shower. At your disposal there is all you need: plasma TV, air conditioning, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. The new apartment is located in the famous architectural gallery Passage, on 15 Khreschatyk street.
The passage consists of two parallel corps, ending with arches.

One of the main advantages of the apartment is its location in the heart of Kiev - Khreschatyk street. Khreschatyk metro station is located in two minutes walk. Khreschatyk street is a real paradise for shoppers - Zara, Mango, Nike, Calvin Klein, TSUM shopping mall. On Passage street you can buy clothes of world's luxury brands - Prada, Louis Vuitton, Bally, Dior, and others. Cozy cafes and chic restaurants will offer you menus of any cuisine of the world. Independence Square, where various entertainment events and concerts are being held, is also nearby, as well as shopping and entertainment centers - Hlobus and Mandarin Plaza, Bessarabskyi market and Arena City night club for those, who like nightlife.

According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking apartments for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.
