Very spacious, more than 200 square meters, it includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has 5 bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The apartment has a washing machine, microwave, large wardrobes for clothes and luggage, TVs, filing cabinets, desks, piano :).Fully equipped kitchen with dishes and a large refrigerator.
Near the park named after T.G. Shevchenko, University named after T.G. Shevchenko, Botanical Garden, Vladimir Cathedral and many other cultural and entertainment places. The house has a private bank, a small grocery store; many cafes and restaurants where you can have a delicious meal and relax. It is a 4 minute walk to the metro station Ploshcha Ukrainskih Heroyiv. Чудове, відмінне розташування в центрі міста! Квартира чиста! Низький поверх, зручно підніматись, закрита парковка, безконтактне заселення. Вся техніка працює (піч, чайник, микроволновка, бойлер).

Якщо відкриті вікна - шум увечері від машин, бо вікна виходять на проспект. Але вікна можна закрити і буде ок.
