Penthouse on the 16 floor of 17-storey brick new building in the historical center of Odessa. In the house there are 2 elevators, underground parking, guarded area. Total area is 90 m2 (there are 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-studio + 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies). Brand new apartment. Renovation was completed in January 2014. The apartment is made in a modern style with elements of eclecticism. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with beds 180 x 200 cm, which are located at opposite ends of the apartment. Large walk-in closets allow comfortably accommodate any number of things. Panoramic sea and park views from all windows. Video intercom, cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access. Two bathrooms. In the bathroom there is a bath, a big washing machine. In the another bathroom - shower area. All plumbing Grohe. There are two large boilers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary modern equipment.
At 200 meters from the house there is a lovely Shevchenko park with attractions for adults and children, with the historical monuments and just pure sea air. To the sea (Lanzheron beach) or to a Dolphinarium is just 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to Derybasivska street. To the famous Odessa Pryvoz market - 10 minutes on foot.

Прекрасное месторасположение с пешей доступностью как к центру, так и к пляжу. Квартира уютная и в прекрасном состоянии. Вся техника рабочая, проффессиональное постельное белье для отелей. Приятный бонус в виде натурального кофе с утра и отличным видом. Встречающая сторона, в лице Виктора, предоставила все услуги в полном объёме, оставив самые приятные впечатления. Спасибо!
