Total area is 90 m2 (there are 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-studio + 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies). Brand new apartment. Renovation was completed in January 2014. The apartment is made in a modern style with elements of eclecticism. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with beds 180 x 200 cm, which are located at opposite ends of the apartment. Large walk-in closets allow comfortably accommodate any number of things. Panoramic sea and park views from all windows. Video intercom, cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access. Two bathrooms. In the bathroom there is a bath, a big washing machine. In the another bathroom - shower area. All plumbing Grohe. There are two large boilers.

Приятный бонус в виде натурального кофе с утра и отличным видом. Встречающая сторона, в лице Виктора, предоставила все услуги в полном объёме, оставив самые приятные впечатления. Спасибо!
