Description

Hello, dear guests! Welcome to our guest house.

Our cozy space is a newly built 3-story modern house located 10 minutes from the city center.

In addition to the seven cozy apartments in our house, we are pleased to announce the opening of a completely new type of accommodation—a mini-hostel.

You have never seen anything like this in Odesa!
Our hostel is a comfortable space with only four beds, where each bed is separated by individual zones. Thanks to this zoning, each guest has their own private space, which makes their stay especially comfortable and private.

What is included in the price:

fresh bed linen, towel, slippers

large refrigerator, microwave oven, cups, kettle

New and well-maintained bathroom with shower

Washing machine and dryer for your clothes

Secure area, private enclosed courtyard

Video surveillance for parking spaces

Electric locks for convenient check-in at any time after 2:00 p.m.

Address: 43/1 Nezhdanova Street — 2 minutes to the cancer hospital, 5 minutes to the 11th hospital, 10–15 minutes by car to the city center.

Welcome to modern comfort with Odessa charm!
We look forward to welcoming new guests.

Очень понравилось место расположение квартиры - мансарда любовная любовь!!!)) А то,что она расположена скажем так прямо напротив онкологического центра это невероятно удобно для тех,кому к глубокому сожалению необходимо туда...
