Summer is not far off, which means it’s time to plan your vacation and count: how much will it cost to stay in one of the resort cities of Ukraine. As you know, prices for daily rent of housing in the resort towns begin to grow at the end of May, and reach their peak by the middle of July.
The service of the daily booking of housing Dobovo.com has learned: how much will the rental prices for housing this summer in the most popular resort cities of Ukraine: Odesa and Lviv.
Dear Odesa and changeable Lviv
Based on the current prices for daily rent of apartments on the site Dobovo.com, we can conclude that a significant rise in price has not yet affected Odesa apartments. Today, the city’s guests can easily rent a 1-room mini-studio in the center or one-room apartment with a modern repair on Arcadia within 500 UAH / day.
2-room apartments in the historic center of Odesa in April, you can rent from 490 UAH / day, but for a 3-room apartment in the center will have to pay from 1000 UAH / day.
“The situation with the cost of daily rent of housing in Odesa will begin to change from the next month,” – Dobovo experts say. – For example, take a real 1-room apartment-studio in the center of Odesa, which in April can be rented for 650 UAH / day. For the weekend (starting from Friday), the rental price increases by 300 UAH – which is quite understandable.
In June, an apartment with an initial price of 650 UAH / day is already 1200 UAH / day, and throughout July its price is kept at 1300 UAH / day.
The rental price starts to fall only from the first of September – up to 800 UAH / day. ”
In another tourist city of Ukraine – Lviv we see a similar situation. Of course, there is no sea here, but this factor did not affect the dynamics of the increase in prices for daily rent of housing in the largest city of Western Ukraine.
At the end of April, the city’s guests can still rent a 1-room apartment in the historic center of the city within 450 UAH / day. But closer to the weekend, the rental price can go up to 1000 UAH / day.
Also, the increase in prices for rental housing in Lviv is directly related to the holding of numerous festivals and city holidays: in this case, the price rises on average by 2 times.
