Eurovision-2017, which Kyiv hosted this year, has come to an end. And the situation with prices for rental housing in the capital has changed again. This was reported in the story “24 channels” operating director of the service of accommodation reservation for daily Dobovo.com Dmytro Malakhov.

“Landlords, learning that in Kyiv will be Eurovision, have artificially inflated prices several times. In reality, the guests of the capital, who came to the song festival, were not ready for such prices. Therefore, during the competition, landlords either reduced prices to below the normal cost of the apartment, or their apartments were empty at the peak dates of the competition, “Dmytro Malakhov told reporters.
