Spacious apartment - studio in the very centre of the city in the new building of the residential complex "Teatralny". The house is located next to the Teatralna Square, the Drama Theatre and has an incomparable view of the city from the window. Nearby is the Zlata Plaza shopping and entertainment complex, with clothing and shoe stores and a Silpo supermarket. The Central Food and Clothing Market is also close by. Also nearby is Lebedynka Park, where there is a walking area with benches, a pond and a beautiful park. In the building and nearby are pharmacies, restaurants, banks, clothing and shoe stores, a hairdresser and cafes.

The apartment has fresh, crisp white linen and towels, a comfortable orthopaedic mattress for a good night's sleep and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery.

Infrastructure: easy access, close to public transport, guarded parking in the courtyard and public parking nearby.
