We invite you to rent modern apartments in the SmartHouse residential complex, located at 41 Mashynobudivna Street, Solomenskyi district. At your service - parking, two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a sushi bar and many cozy cafes. For your comfort, the complex has high-speed elevators, concierge service and round-the-clock security.

The Beresteyska metro station is one stop or 10 minutes on foot. A public transportation stop is only 200 meters away. This is an ideal option for an active life and convenient transportation around the city. There are also shops, shopping centers, business centers with conference rooms, and a recreation park nearby. You will be a few minutes from the Bogomolets Medical Institute, KPI, NAU and Medgorodok.

Comfort and coziness of our apartments are waiting for you! Each room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a set of dishes. For your rest, there is a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a relaxing double sofa. All conditions for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, boiler, autonomous heating, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, hob, extractor hood, washing machine and hairdryer. There is also an iron, ironing board, desk, TV with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. All the necessary bedding and bath accessories, as well as a shower set, are already prepared for you.

Our apartments are non-smoking!

The price indicated in the ad is per night, with no more than two guests. For each additional guest +100 UAH/night. On weekends and holidays, the price may change - check this information.

Rental conditions:

Standard check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.
Early/late check in/check out is possible (to be agreed upon in advance).
Hourly rental is possible (to be agreed upon in advance).
We are happy to welcome you with children and pets (upon prior agreement).
A security deposit may be required (to be agreed upon).
You must provide an original ID upon check-in.
We issue all the necessary reporting documents.
