In our apartments you will find a kitchen with a dining area and a full set of dishes for comfortable cooking. A separate bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room will ensure you a comfortable sleep and rest.

At your service: two air conditioners, a boiler, autonomous heating, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a hob, an oven, an extractor hood, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a work desk, a TV with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. We provide bedding and bath accessories, as well as a shower set.

The price indicated in the advertisement is per day, provided that no more than two guests stay.
For each additional guest +100 UAH/night.
On weekends and holidays the price may change - check this information.

Standard check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.
Early/late check-in/check-out is possible (by prior arrangement).
Children and pets are welcome (by prior arrangement).
A security deposit may be required (to be agreed).
We provide all the necessary registration documents.
