Квартира зовсім не відповідає фото, брудно, пилюка, брудна ковдра, поламаний зливний бачок в ванній кімнаті, брудна ванна іржава, в підʼїзд взагалі страшно заходити. Це було дуже погано.

Квартира на вул. Валова, 21–16 (місто ЛЬВІВ) , яку здає «Оберіг» — це повне розчарування і шок з перших хвилин. Стан — критично брудний. Підлога настільки липка, що складається враження, ніби її не мили роками. У приміщенні неприємний запах, відчуття повної занедбаності та байдужості до гостей. Кухня — ще гірше. Антисанітарія, бруд, користуватися просто неможливо. Це не житло для гостей, а приклад того, як не повинно бути взагалі.
