A 5-minute walk is the Victory Park, educational institutions, supermarkets, a hospital, the 5th maternity hospital, the Filatov clinic.
The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet green courtyard. There are 2 shelters near the house.

Bed linen, towels, dishes - available and everything new
Drinking water is purified by deep cleaning filters.
Hot water is supplied from the gas column.
We are always very clean and comfortable!
