There is a parking area on the premises where you can safely park your car.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for our guests, many of whom return year after year and recommend us to friends and family.

Available amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioner, Smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board, iron.
A full set of bed linen and terry towels is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances and dishes.
Coffee, tea.

High-quality cleaning and linen/towel change are done before each check-in.

The apartment is not available for parties or large gatherings. Smoking is prohibited. Rental may also be terminated early if guests violate generally accepted rules of conduct or public order.

Upon check-in, guests leave a security deposit of 800 UAH, which is returned upon check-out.
We do everything necessary for your convenience and comfort.
