Good afternoon. I offer you a one-bedroom apartment in a brick house with a wonderful atmosphere.

The apartment is clean and is cleaned all the time with a change of bed linen. 3 beds - 2 separate (2+1). Good condition for your vacation. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: furniture, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, dishes, bedding.

In 5 minutes by transport there is a center and much more. Very convenient location - transport stops are a 1-minute walk from the house. Within walking distance of supermarkets (including night), shopping centers, restaurants, nightclubs.

We offer pleasant discounts for regular guests and clients who come to us for a long period of time.

Приятный хозяин, с которым связываешься для подтверждения. И не аа далеко от центра.

Пишу данный отзыв не для негатива, а потому, что знаю - 98% потребителей выбирают товар\услугу по отзывам. Поэтому надеюсь, мой опыт будет кому то полезен: 1. У персонала администратор-горничная совсем не налажена связь. Я должна была забрать ключ от квартиры, админ позвонила заранее и мы договорились на 14:00. В 14:20 простояв 20мин на морозе я не выдержала и поднялась в квартиру - горничная сказала, что встреча должна быть в 14:30, жить тут должен другой человек и вообще она ничего не знает. В итоге, я потратила больше часа, вместо 5 минут. Все подробности проживания (до когда, сколько доплатить, кто будет жить) горничная узнавала у меня, а не была проинформирована администрацией. 2. В квартире сломанная кровать, в ванной ужасный запах грибка. В душевую зайти без обуви так и не осмелились. Балконная дверь сломана и из неё очень дует как раз к спальному месту. 3. Путаница с жильцами. Мне на пороге кв сообщили, что здесь должен проживать другой человек, хотя бронь была за 3 недели до даты заезда. 4. Не весь персонал знает что такое нормы этикета. Фразы и выражения не подбирает. За задержку и путаницу даже никто не извинился.
