Зручне розташування, затишно, є все необхідне для проживання, дуже приємна власниця. Дуже сподобалося, що є сейф. Все прекрасно. Рекомендую!

The cleanest apartment I have ever rented in Ukraine. There was a place for everything and everything was in place. There was even a bracket on the wall to hold the blow dryer plug, when it was not in use. Everything was thought out for convenience and organization. It was a quiet apartment even though it is on ground floor. Around 16:00 I could hear the bells of St. Mikhailevsky church. Very nice and peaceful sound.
I did not pay close attention to owners direction on how to arrive and therefore the taxi driver had a difficult time finding the place. Fortunately, the owner saw my taxi and went to meet me.

Квартира очень уютная, комфортная, есть все необходимое. Чисто и красиво!
Расположение удобное, находится в центре, рядом с достопримечательностями. Прекрасно можно прогуляться по вечернему Киеву. В пешей доступности Хрещатик, Майдан Незалежности, Софиевская площадь, Михайловский собор.

Розташування, ціна, в квартирі є все необхідне для життя. Також хочу відмити окремо Ольгу, яка без проблем зустріла мене пізніше, ніж зазначено в часі для поселення - для мене це було важливо.

Очень удобное расположение, 15 мин от метро Золотые ворота. Ольга очень клиентоориентированна, все подсказала, все рассказала. Мне понравилось!
Иногда были слышны стуки веток об дом, но это мелочи.
