The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, a 5-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Independence Square, Bessarabian Square with many shops and cafes. The Mandarin Plaza Shopping Centre, Parus Business Centre and Arena Shopping Centre, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. The NSC Olimpiyskiy is located 20 minutes from the house.

Гарне ліжко і комфортне з постіллю

Погано працює душ, не працює перемикач з крана на душ і навпаки, все одно тече з усіх сторін І холодна квартира, я там замерзла, поки обігрівач не нагрів квартиру.
