Description

Excellent two-bedroom apartment of high standard in a house with an ideal location, a few dozen meters from the famous architectural gallery Passage and three minutes walk from the main street of Kiev - Khreshchatyk. Around, each building is a work of architectural art of tsarist times, near the Ivan Franko Theater, National Philharmonic of Ukraine, Kyiv Academic Puppet Theater (very beautiful architectural ensemble), a lot of cafes and restaurants of different levels, also very close to the entrance to the metro station Khreshchatyk. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa bed. Each room, except the kitchen, has a large LCD TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking and eating. The apartment has two separate bathrooms, the big one has a jacuzzi, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. The small bathroom has a sink and a toilet. In case of lack of city hot water, there is a storage water heater for 80 liters. Despite its location in the very center of Kyiv, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment has all necessary appliances, unlimited wireless high-speed Internet.

It is imperative to inform in advance the exact time of check-out.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible, if this does not disturb other guests. To be guaranteed to have an early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more day of stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (it is not much more expensive than a taxi, payment is paid in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in (after 20:00) or an early check-out (before 8:00), please book with us a transfer with our driver, who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you do not need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late check-in) or hand them over (in case of an early check-out) to the concierge who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. It is strictly forbidden to leave keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval.
You must have a passport (or other ID with a photo) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night's stay upon arrival. After inspecting the apartment upon check-out, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. The balcony can be used for smoking.
Additional payment for extra bed is 150 UAH (6 USD) per day.
