This privacy policy defines the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing and transferring data received by Dobovo Reservation Center (hereinafter - "we", "Dobovo.com", "Dobovo") from individuals and legal entities.

We respect the personal information provided to us and undertake to take full responsibility for its storage. These data can be used exclusively in the interests of our customers, to improve the quality of the services provided and to provide the most favorable conditions for service using.

These rules come into force from 21.06.2018. Using the Reservation Center services, you automatically agree to this policy and grant Dobovo.com the right to use your data.

You can change or delete the provided to us information at any time using your personal profile on the site, or by sending a request to the support team.

What data do we collect and what methods do we use for this?

Dobovo users provide us with personal information for using the Reservation Center services, the dobovo.com site or the call-center.

1. Basic Information

You must provide contact information to use the service:

• name and surname,
• country of residence.

We also need to take your data in case of using the service to offer accommodation for short-term rent to the guests:

• place of temporary accommodation,
• payment requisites for payments.

2. Data provided by you

We also collect other information, the provision of which is voluntary and optional for users:

• profile photo,
• additional information about the profile,
• information about profiles in other services (for example, Facebook, Google).

3. Data about you from third parties.

Dobovo.com uses information about users provided by our partners and third-party services:

• In case you use third-party services to enter the site (for example, Facebook, Google+), we receive your profile information. To change the data or limit the information provided, it is necessary to use a third-party service, through which authorization is performed.
• We ask the information about your staying from host party, place and store it in your profile on the site, and provide it to the host party upon making by you orders in the future.

4. Data required for payment:

• The users provide their data to the payment system directly when paying for accommodation. Dobovo.com does not receive any data of your payment card, the payment system provides only information about the result of the transaction to the Reservation Center.
• In some cases, we may request the provision of additional personal information to confirm the user's data for transactions related to payment. In case if for any reason, payment transactions are assessed as involving high risk, we reserve the right to request copies of your documents or the completion of an additional agreement.
• We also require to provide your payment details to refund your payment or to make a pay out to owners. These data are transferred by us to payment systems for the implementation of transactions.

5. Data collected automatically

We also collect a number of data about the process of using the service when interacting with the site and communicating with the support service to improve the quality of the service and the functionality of the Reservation Center:

• Cookies,
• Usage statistics,
• Information about the interaction with the platform,
• The history of interaction with other users using Dobovo.com,
• History and details of calls to the support service, including written requests and records of conversations with employees of the company.

For what do we use your personal data?

1. To send notifications:

• about the status of orders issued by you, or about your ads displayed on the site,
• information about changes in the work of the service,

2. For communication regarding the booked by you accommodation, or staying guests in your temporary accommodation places.
3. To be provided to third parties

To whom and in what cases can we provide your personal data?

• First of all, user data can be provided to third parties directly for the provision of services. If the booking is successful, we provide the contact information of the guest to the owner of the accommodation and vice versa for the provision of accommodation services.
• We can also provide your personal information to our partners to improve the quality of our service.
• If necessary, upon receipt of an official request in accordance with the current legislation from state agencies, we can provide them with personal data of the service users.
• Personal data is partially published in the public domain. For example, the information about the accommodation posted on the site, the name of the company of the lessor and the statistics of the orders issued for the objects provided to it. Also, the site publishes reviews about guests and accommodation added by third parties in the public domain.
• In some cases, we provide personal information to users of service providers. For example, we provide the payment details of the landlords to the payment system for sending payments, and the contact details of the guests - the services sending mailings about our marketing activities.
