Welcome to these stylish and modern apartments located in the very heart of Kyiv, on Velyka Vasylkivska Street. Just a 6-minute walk to the “Olimpiiska” metro station and an 8-minute walk to the “Ploshcha Ukrayins’kykh Heroiv” metro station.

The bright, minimalist interior, modern renovations, well-thought-out layout, and large panoramic windows create a cozy atmosphere for a comfortable stay. The seventh floor offers a beautiful view of the city center.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. For a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a hair dryer, an iron, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Clean bed linens and towels are provided for each guest.

Within walking distance are the NSC “Olimpiyskiy,” the “Ukraine” Palace, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and convenient public transportation. Thanks to its convenient location, you can easily reach Kyiv’s main attractions both on foot and by public transportation.

The apartment is an excellent choice for both leisure and business trips.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 7th floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is temporarily out of service, so you can only reach the apartment by stairs. Please take this into account before making a reservation.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1000 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property).
For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, the accommodation price already includes the preparation of two separate sleeping places (the bed and the sofa) with bed linen.
If your booking is for 2 guests but you would like the sofa to be prepared as a separate sleeping place, an additional bed linen set can be provided for an extra charge of UAH 500.
